You'll shape the backend architecture of a product people genuinely love using. We're a senior Clojure team (our third product in the language) with deep roots in the FP community, Metosin, ClojureDart creators, and others. If you want to own what you build and work on something that matters, this is it.

This Role

- Design and develop backend solutions using Clojure, contributing to scalable, high-performance applications

- Collaborate with designers and front-end engineers working with React to create seamless user experiences

- Integrate AI/ML functionalities that adapt to user behavior and improve decision-making

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the technical direction of our AI-driven ATS

- Champion best practices in functional programming, testing, and software architecture

- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

What We’re Looking For

- Senior-level in Clojure development

- Experienced with PostgreSQL and web frameworks

- Passionate about functional programming and modern development practices

- Comfortable with Lisp-based languages such as Common Lisp, Scheme, or Racket

- Preferred experience with AI/ML applications, LLM orchestration, model APIs, or intelligent automation

- A strong problem solver and collaborator who values clean, performant code

- Curious, autonomous, and motivated to build meaningful software
