Our platform empowers Shopify store owners to take control of their growth with fully automated, AI-driven marketing that actually works. We’ve already helped 500+ Shopify stores grow profitably — and now we’re scaling from our Nordic roots to dominate the US market.

We’re building Marketer Performance, a new initiative backed by Marketer.com and Curve.no, two of the fastest-growing players in eCommerce automation in Europe.

The opportunity? Join our SF team as a Performance Marketer — and get in early on shaping the next evolution of growth tools, campaigns, and DTC marketing success stories.

What You’ll Own

Performance & Strategy

- Lead growth strategy and execution for 4–8 high-performing Shopify brands

- Build, scale, and optimize high-volume ad accounts (spending $10K+/day)

- Own the entire performance funnel: from creative testing to LTV-optimized retargeting

- Work directly with founders — no fluff or middle management

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the next-gen tools you’ll use

Ad Creative & Optimization

- Analyze performance data and launch high-impact ad creatives

- Understand and execute full creative testing frameworks: hooks, angles, thumbnails, iterations

- Be involved in design — understand creatives and even jump into editing when needed

Client Impact

- Scale Shopify brands doing $10M–$50M/year who want to grow fast

- Provide strategic performance insights and results that show up on realP&Ls

- Contribute to custom tech solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes

General Ops

Expect administrative and core operational tasks that naturally come with leading performance marketing in a growing agency

Who You Are

The Media Buyer

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ads

- Proven ability to scale accounts profitably past $100K/month

- Treat client ROAS like your own bottom line

- Stay up late wondering why CPA increased by 5%

The Systems Thinker

- Understand how ads connect with landing pages, LTV, attribution, and backend systems

- Think in campaign ecosystems, not just isolated metrics

The Strategist

- Speak strategy fluently: explain not just what works, but why

- Communicate clearly with both clients and product teams

- Thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments where speed and results matter
