Why This Role Matters

Perception is part of distribution. The right brand system, baked into product early, accelerates traction. As a Senior Digital Designer, you convert strategy into precise visual systems that travel from landing page to in-product UI to campaigns - so users understand, trust, and act.

The Role

You're a versatile designer with a graphical→digital backbone who can move from concept to pixel-perfect execution - across ventures in 3-month rotations. You'll help shape design systems, bring brand to life in product, and collaborate tightly with UX and engineering so what's designed is what ships.

What You'll Own

- Develop visually strong interfaces for web/apps and digital campaigns.

- Translate brand/identity into scalable digital expressions.

- Contribute to and shape design systems (UI kit, components, guidelines).

- High production quality: typography, grid, motion, micro-states.

- Light motion/visual work when needed (in collaboration with motion designer).

- Collaborate with developers and UX for smooth delivery.

- Contribute to creative processes, mood boards, and rapid iterations.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience as digital/graphic designer with a strong portfolio.

- Skilled in Figma and modern design production.

- Proven experience with design systems or component-based work.

- Sharp visual sense (typography, composition, hierarchy, color).

- Understanding (no coding required) of front-end constraints and possibilities.

- Comfortable with experimental work, rapid prototyping, and testing.

- Bonus: motion, brand/strategy, campaigns → product.
