Homekey is scaling fast — and the Netherlands is a priority growth market. They are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive expansion and long-term growth in the Dutch real estate market.
This is a role for someone who wants to build a market, grow existing accounts, and scale with the business.

The opportunity
The Netherlands is already a strong market for Homekey, with an established customer base. The company is now doubling down on its investment and expansion in NL, creating significant growth opportunities.
In this role, the Sales Executive will:
Own both expansion of existing customers and new business in the Netherlands
Work closely with current Dutch customers to increase adoption and value
Introduce additional Homekey products and solutions not yet in use
Help build the foundation for a scaled Dutch operation over time
To ensure fast onboarding and tight collaboration, the successful candidate is expected to spend the first two months working from Homekey’s Oslo office. After this period, the role will be based in Homekey’s Amsterdam office.
Homekey operates internationally, with offices in Oslo, Amsterdam (opening soon), Paris, Berlin, and San Francisco.

Revenue, Expansion & Market Growth
Grow and expand revenue from existing Dutch customers
Upsell and cross-sell Homekey’s full product portfolio
Win new strategic customers as the market scales
Position Homekey as a long-term strategic partner in the Netherlands
Sales & Strategic Impact
Act as trusted advisor to executives and C-level stakeholders
Identify and unlock expansion opportunities within accounts
Feed real market insights into product and go-to-market strategy
Work closely with Customer Success to drive retention and growth

Bonus points
Experience with SaaS and/or real estate
Background from a scale-up or high-growth tech company
Comfortable traveling and working internationally
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
