You’ll work on the backend architecture of a mature, high-impact platform used by real customers every day. The system processes data from multiple sources, integrates with external services, and automates complex marketing workflows at scale. This Role

- Design and develop backend solutions using Ruby on Rails in a production environment

- Improve architecture, performance, and scalability of existing systems

- Build integrations with external APIs, CRMs, and data sources

- Work on a bleeding-edge proptech marketing platform powering automated campaigns

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical direction

- Maintain clean, well-tested, maintainable code

- Participate in peer reviews and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

- Senior-level Ruby on Rails experience (4+ years)

- Strong backend engineering skills and architectural thinking

- Experience with PostgreSQL and asynchronous processing (Sidekiq, queues, messaging)

- Experience working with production systems and evolving codebases

- Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership mentality

- Comfortable working in English in a remote team
